Good morning! It’s Tuesday and it’s the very last day of October! Halloween, too, in case you’d forgotten. Haha but seriously, as IF we’d forget about our favourite candy and tiny-bags-of-chips holiday, right? So yes, a very Happy Halloween to you all! Whether you’re partying it up tonight, taking little trick-or-treaters around the neighbourhood, or staying in with scary movies on Netflix, we hope you have a great time AND please do stay safe.
Now, on this last day of October, what are you thinking about? Perhaps those mini chocolate bars and tiny bags of chips, and fair enough! But do you know what your favourite Aveda salon is thinking? Uh huh, that’s right. It’s time for the holidays, people!
Aveda Canada’s website now currently reflects everything holiday-related and salons are following suit soon enough! Of course, the big holiday decorations won’t come out until a little later in the season, but even those will be here before we know it. Time sure flies, as they say, when you’re having fun. And also when it feels like we JUST exited summer a couple of weeks ago!
But such is life in the service and retail industry. The holiday season starts now and goes until late December, early January. And again, the time will fly, just you wait.
To kick things off, Aveda has created a short, sweet little video, highlighting some of their fabulous gift ideas. Some are tried and true favourites, and some are brand new on the scene. Catch it here, and get inspired for the giving season, or pick up a little something for yourself!
The Aveda Canada homepage has been transformed into this year’s holiday theme as well, and it is absolutely lovely. Shop beautiful and beautifully packaged Aveda gifts, and learn about the power of handmade Nepalese paper too. Truly gifts you can feel extra good about giving.
We’ll stop there for now with the holiday information – don’t want to overload you at the very start! But things will be taking a slight turn towards the festive season on the blog from now on. And…aren’t you just a little excited?
For now, enjoy the rest of Halloween, everyone! We’ll chat again on Friday.
